🌱 About me

I'm a biomedical scientist with a strong background in microbiology and biomedical research, currently transitioning into bioinformatics and omics data analysis. After earning a PhD in Tropical Medicine, I expanded my focus toward computational biology, reproducible data analysis, and health-related data science.

I'm especially interested in open data, omics technologies, digital epidemiology, and building impactful tools using health information systems.
