Description:
This pull request makes minor improvements to the documentation in the following files:

  • zh/mms_adapters.md:
    • Corrected a typo in the description of the processor.
    • Updated and added links to relevant model hubs.
  • zh/sd3.md:
    • Improved the clarity of the explanation regarding the SD3 sequence embedding process.
