Summary

Adds a comprehensive New Relic dashboard template for monitoring Hookdeck metrics. The template provides real-time visibility into webhook ingestion, event processing, delivery attempts, queue health, and system performance.

What's Included

Dashboard Widgets:

• Overview metrics: Total requests, rejected requests, events, failed events, attempts, and failed attempts
• Distribution charts: Requests per source and attempts per destination
• Queue monitoring: Message count and oldest message age by destination
• Request metrics: Total, accepted, and rejected requests over time with source breakdown
• Event tracking: Total, successful, and failed events with error rate percentage
• Attempt analytics: Delivery attempts, response latency, and average attempts per event
• Issue tracking: Issue count by type

Setup

Before importing, replace YOUR_ACCOUNT_ID with your New Relic account ID in all accountIds fields throughout the template.

Usage

• Update all accountIds fields with your New Relic account ID
• Import the template into New Relic Dashboards
• The dashboard will automatically display metrics once Hookdeck data export is configured
