fileMatchis deprecated in Renovate in favour ofmanagerFilePatterns, which takes the pattern wrapped in slashes. Renovate still migrates this on the fly, butrenovate-config-validator --strictflags it as a necessary config migration.This migrates the regex manager for the
BUILD_FROMbase image tomanagerFilePatterns. No functional change: a local Renovate extraction still findshome-assistant/docker-base2026.08.0 in theDockerfile, and the strict validator no longer reports a migration.
