It seems that Home Assistant needs the packages to be in /usr/local/lib and not in the user specific /root/.local directory. This partially reverts #343.

Thank you all - I was ready to file a bug report, but it looks like the fix is already on the way!
It's a bit surprising that this issue has been present since v2025.9.1, causing recorder crash, but wasn’t noticed earlier.
Do you know when the fixed image will be pushed to the registry?
