[scanner] resolver comments claim a stdin ('-') array source that is not implemented #305
line 55–56: // - (stdin) handled at CLI level before this followed by if (raw === '-') return [raw];
Nothing in src/cli.ts reads stdin for a - value; resolver.test.ts:189-190 pins --pa_f=- as the literal string -, and README/HELP list only comma, glob and @file sources. So a user who reads the module comment and tries --file=- with piped input gets a run against the literal -.
Two consistent options; either is fine, pick the smaller unless stdin is wanted:
A. drop stdin from the header and replace the line 55 comment with "a bare - is a literal value, not stdin" (docs/comment only).
B. implement - → one value per non-empty stdin line (same shape as @file), and document it in HELP/README.
Decision taken by hive: proposing A (comment-only) unless a maintainer wants B.

Folded finding. This was filed as a separate issue, but 1 open agent-filed issue (plus 6 closed as completed in the last 14 days) already cite src/resolver.ts, so it was folded into the oldest of them instead of opening another. Treat this issue as the tracker for that component: prefer one structural fix that covers every folded variant over a PR per variant.
Review backlog (intent-alignment): Test title still calls a bare '-' a 'stdin placeholder'
Filed from an out-of-scope finding in the Hive review of PR #306.
it('keeps "-" (stdin placeholder) as a single literal',async()=>{
)
Finding: Test title still calls a bare '-' a 'stdin placeholder'
src/resolver.test.ts:188 is titled 'keeps "-" (stdin placeholder) as a single literal'. After this PR the module states a bare '-' is literal and not stdin (src/resolver.ts:55), so the 'stdin placeholder' wording is the last residual hint of the unimplemented source. Issue #305 only cited resolver.ts lines 3 and 55-56, so this is adjacent cleanup, not a gap in the fix.
