在「营销 / SEO」分类下新增一个 skill。
rednote-writing-skill：把零碎灵感、想法、素材整理改写成一篇成形的小红书帖子。三种模式（拼贴 / 共创 / 审稿），出稿前会机械扫描违禁标点、AI 味词、平台限流词，再做一次「活人感」冷读才给标题封面。核心是守作者的判断和声音、不替作者编内容。MIT 开源。
这是目前列表里唯一一个面向小红书 / 中文社媒文案的 skill，补一个之前没覆盖的场景。
推荐等级我先填了「好用」，maintainer 觉得不合适可以随意调整～ 安装是 git clone 进 skills 目录（不在 skills.sh registry 上）。
