Add hunch

Adds hunch to SDKs & clients. It changes only data/projects.json.

hunch is a Python library (PyPI hunch-jev) that calls Jev with Choice, Score, and Noul questions over whole lists and DataFrames, and returns typed answers with their distributions. It has a TypeScript port at https://github.com/steven-shoemaker/hunch-js (npm hunch-jev).

npm run validate passes. I maintain the project; it was developed with AI coding assistance.
