Adds WallerChen/jev-measured to data/projects.json under research. Only data/projects.json changes; npm run validate passes (1373 entries valid).

It calls the Jev API (and, for the 2026-10-08 run, OpenRouter's Decisions API) and publishes the raw output: cost per request across eight use cases, latency with the network floor separated out, the Score/Noul response shapes, a 27-ticket labelled comparison with three chat models, and thirteen decision models answering the same 633 items. site points at the page that renders the same tables.

Disclosure: I maintain jev-measured and jev-agent.com.
