Created a separate ReplProcess class. Now handles user input. Reformatted output to be more json-like. Fixed some other small bugs. Features were tested by Cline in VSCode in WSL. He says it works.
New file (repl.py) may need edits for style, attribution, licensing, etc. Please let me know what your expectations are and I will fix it.
