Adds the approved ASCII Scout to spare space on Search, Installed, and Upgrades. Hides it for dense lists, loading, and backend load errors. Bumps the project version to 0.2.1 for the next tag.
Validation: 315 .NET tests passed locally; mock TUI checked at 100x30 before and after selection and at 80x24.
