Redesign Scout site with mascot and theme gallery

• Replace the Windows-like square mark with an original Scout dog and parcel mascot, including a new favicon and warm visual palette.
• Lead with Scout for WinGet across the site while keeping WinGet Scout as the secondary name.
• Explain the interactive workflow and its benefits over repeated WinGet CLI lookups, with clearer feature and getting-started copy.
• Add a four-theme screenshot gallery captured from the v0.2.0 app in mock mode, plus a reproducible capture script.
