Adds a new feature to allow logs to be uploaded to online services, with initial version supporting SOTA and WWBOTA.
Screenshot shows list of services, one up to date, and one requiring modified QSOs to be sent. The code validates if any fields have changed relevant to avoid updates where not needed e.g. P2P added to QSO wouldn't need to update POTA or WWBOTA.
If any errors occur during upload, the server response error messages are displayed instead of the upload status.
