MediaWiki HTTP Basic Auth Session Provider This provider gets the username from HTTP Basic Authorization header. Tested with MediaWiki 1.39 WARNING: This provider is insecure, it expects a higher-level HTTP server (Apache, Nginx, etc.) to verify the credentials. Installation: - Copy BasicAuthSessionProvider.php to $IP/includes/session/ - Replace or update $wgSessionProviders configuration: https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:$wgSessionProviders
