Ancillary goal is to add satellite nodes and/or edge tiers to bloopysphere. Including but not limited to the free tier oracle cloud, cloudflare workers and maybe something like netlify.

This milestone will cover:

• Oracle Cloud Provisioning
• Bootstrapping Flux to this additional cluster (Quark)
• Orchestrating this as a satellite to local home cluster
• Restructuring Repository to support multiple clusters via flux
• Adaptive Balancing of Key Edge Services (eg. blogs get moved to different cluster if local env is unstable)
• Cloudflare Automation to assist in this process, potentially leveraging cloudflare workers
