A atualização do README.md incorporou mudanças visuais e um novo arquivo de como rodar o projeto no Windows utilizando o WAMP. O arquivo WINDOWS_CONFIG.md seguiu o mesmo formato das mudanças realizadas no PR - LINUX_CONFIG que foi aberto na semana passada. Esse novo arquivo do Linux já foi referenciado no novo README.md para quando o PR for aprovado.
