Title

Improve karma progress bar clarity with tooltip and descriptive label

Description

This MR enhances the user experience of the karma progress bar displayed in the dashboard navbar.

Previously, the progress bar (e.g., 0/20) did not provide any context about what the numbers represent or how users can progress. This could be confusing for new users.

Changes Made
Added a tooltip on hover explaining how many karma points are needed to reach the next level
Added a visible descriptive label below the progress bar for immediate clarity
Made the progress bar more informative and actionable for users
Why This Change
Helps new users understand what the progress bar represents
Clearly communicates how to reach the next level
Reduces confusion and improves onboarding experience
Encourages user engagement by showing progress in a meaningful way
Testing
Verified tooltip appears correctly on hover
Verified descriptive label is always visible
Checked UI with different karma values (e.g., 0/20, partial progress)
Ensured no layout break in navbar
