watp v1.0

Very first release!

This is a very basic implementation of a tool to record form submissions using a browser without being online. Its features:

• Self-contained local webserver, no internet connection required
• Intro, privacy and thankyou text can be customised
• Forms can be customised with several question types
• Responses are saved into CSV and XLS files
