hideUserPages という bool 値を渡すのではなく、除外パスリストを渡すようにしましょう
- PageService を改修し、除外パスリストを返すメソッドを新規追加する
getExcludedPathsBySystem()のような
- crowi.pageService からそのメソッドを呼び、除外パスリストを得る
- listPages に
{ excludedPaths: string[] }のようなパラメータオブジェクトを渡す
