Converts Alkis (like) shp files into geojsons for the functionalScope
Create a dir "SHP" coitaining your ALKIS (like) shapefiles. Update script with your shapefile names.
Run script to obtain groundfloor.geojson and upperfloor.geojson to use for the functionalscope.
