Summary

Adds docs/first-task-walkthrough.md — the missing step after the README
quick start. gptme "hello" proves the agent loads; this proves it can
change code against a failing test.

The exercise is a two-file disposable fixture (clamp.py + test_clamp.py)
kept outside the agent workspace, the supported gptme -n --no-workspace
command, and captured before/after pytest output from a fresh-directory dry
run (gptme 0.34.0, openai/gpt-5-mini, 3 passed, $0.01, 6 turns). No
credentials in the transcript.

Cross-links from README, docs/operating-an-agent.md,
knowledge/forking-workspace.md, and tasks/templates/initial-agent-setup.md
so the identity interview, first coding loop, and ops guide stay distinct.

Test plan

  • Fresh-directory dry run: pytest fails 2/3, agent patches clamp.py, pytest 3 passed
  • prek passed (names, markdown links, codeblock fences, root-structure)
  • Maintainer skim: fixture stays disposable; --no-workspace vs full-agent path is called out

Document a disposable failing pytest, the gptme -n command to have the
agent fix it, and captured before/after results from a fresh-directory
dry run against gptme 0.34.0.
