I have an unfortunate habit of becoming curious about a topic, reading far too much about it, and then deciding that the appropriate response is to spend several months building something from scratch.
Sometimes the result is useful. Sometimes it is educational. Occasionally it is both. I have stopped trying to predict where the next rabbit hole leads.
What begins as a question usually turns into a repository.
Looking through my projects, you might conclude that there is a carefully planned roadmap behind all of this. I assure you that this is mostly an illusion. The process is generally:
Encounter interesting problem. Become mildly curious. Read about it. Become extremely curious. Accidentally spend the next three months building something. Repeat as necessary.
I do not really have a favorite area of computing. Every time I think I have found one, another project appears and steals my attention.
What interests me most is learning how things work. Sometimes that means reading papers. Sometimes it means reading source code. Sometimes it means building the thing myself because I cannot leave the question alone.
Most of the code here exists because I wanted to understand something better. The rest exists because I thought it would be funny.
