Adjust card spread and rotation calculations in hero and services sections to precisely match original animation behavior.
The previous automatic calculation for hero cards resulted in a wider spread and different rotation. This change re-tunes the calculation logic to replicate the exact hardcoded values, and applies a similar pattern to the services section for consistency.
