Has this been ran through skill-judge? Usually template like code block like this are something that is housed in an assets/template in order to reduce redundant token usage.
EDIT: Is that what the AUDIT_REPORT.md file is? If so, surprised it didn't mention this 🤷. Also if so, probably don't need that file in the final skill.
