  • snapshot_consolidated_10562840.json is incomplete.
  • process_consolidated.go probably needs a lot more work to make complete.
  • total number of uatoms is wrong (genbalance.txt); I'm getting a total of 390M "atoms", but this exceeds the total number of atoms, so something is very wrong.

In the end, the format of genbalance.txt is what we need, to be part of the new testnet's genesis.
