Removes the improvements.md documentation page that outlined future enhancement opportunities for the campaign system.

Changes

• Deleted: docs/src/content/docs/guides/campaigns/improvements.md (253 lines covering reporting enhancements, learning systems, metrics integration, retrospectives, and cross-campaign analytics)
• Updated: Removed reference link from campaigns.md overview page

The page was not linked in the sidebar navigation and contained only future-facing proposals rather than current functionality.
