[WIP] Investigate and fix CI failure in GitHub Actions

• Investigate CI failure in githubnext/gh-aw-firewall PR "gh aw run" reports previous workflow run, not latest #182
• Identify root cause: awmg binaries not included in gh-aw releases
  • The pkg/workflow/gateway.go generates code to download awmg-linux-amd64 from releases
  • The scripts/build-release.sh only built gh-aw binaries, not awmg
• Update scripts/build-release.sh to also build awmg binaries for all platforms
• Verify awmg builds successfully
• Run code review
• Run codeql security checker
• Run linting (passes)
