celld v0.6.2 with a fix for denoland#277 (and denoland#258), carried for Ace until it lands upstream.

• A continuation whose originating event retired no longer hands its timers and fetches to that event, which nothing polls; the running event adopts them.
• storage.transaction() and blockConcurrencyWhile() from such a continuation take the input gate through the running event when it belongs to the same cell, instead of failing with "the cell event ended before it could acquire an input gate".
