While exploring the repo I saw this gap that policy evaluator is missing baseline comparisons what i have added is basically enabling regression detection and historical comparisons in policy rules.
one thing to note will be that now evaluatePolicy function signature requires a baselines parameter. Pass empty object {} if no baselines available.
