…branch outran Behind organizations:autofix-pr-iteration-pin-to-pr-head, PR iteration runs ask Seer to pin each repo to its PR head at turn start. When a push is refused because the branch moved past the code Seer edited, run another turn of the same iteration, which starts on the latest head, instead of ending the iteration.

That turn starts on the PR's latest head and re-applies Seer's edits there.
