Adds Komos to the Compliance automation section with an FCRA focused resource page for regulated operations workflows.
Also fixes two small README lint issues that were already present: the Related section was missing from the table of contents, and the Related item did not use the standard list item description format.
Verification:
git diff --checkpassed.npm run buildpassed.npx awesome-lintnow only reports the local /tmp repository environment check, not README content issues.
