Upgraded all npm packages through several major versions (bc) Most important upgrade in the monorepo itself - Lerna 7 is used now Upgraded TypeScript to the latest 5.1.x version Changed configuration of the tsconfig in the packages and root (tsconfig.json of each package extends the one from the root level) Started using npm workspaces to manage linking of the monorepo packages Updated unit tests
