docs: Add copy buttons to setup guide commands and limit version list output

Description

This PR improves the validator setup guide documentation with two changes:

1. Added | head -n 5 to the version listing command - The curl command that lists available node versions now limits output to the 5 most recent versions, making it easier to read.

2. Added copy buttons to all command code blocks - All shell commands, YAML configurations, and environment file examples now have copy buttons enabled via Nextra's copy attribute.

Note: Output/example blocks (like the version list example and "Account imported" output) intentionally do not have copy buttons since they are not meant to be copied.

Updates since last revision

• Merged with main branch to incorporate latest changes (monitoring content moved to separate page)
• Re-applied copy attributes to all command code blocks after merge
• Example version list output aligned with sync script format (npm run node-update-setup-guide)
