Include instructions about the existing information to reproduce CI locally.
For Windows, the recent Conda local build tool is probably enough and easy. For Linux, there is an open issue about how to reproduce the Jenkins builds, not impossible but not trivial.
Might need help from @scpeters about how to reproduce the brew builds locally, not sure if the information is written anywhere.
