Formatting and header fixes

Better HTML formatting, with individual entries properly wrapped in

containers.
Fixed bug where synonym and antonym headers were incorrectly switched.

bare-bones initial release with no CSS styling

To use with Dictionary.app, first download the dictionary you want and unzip it. You should then have a .dictionary file. Place this file in your home directory in Library/Dictionaries. Then, in Dictionary.app go to Dictionary -> Preferences and check the box next to the name of the dictionary (e.g. LEXiTRON something). The dictionary should now be available for use.
