Will say that I'm pretty sure the changes that are included would bring the GCF to parity with the one on current though will do

About the PR
Adds poker chips with unique sprites for various thresholds and also ports space-wizards/space-station-14#37030 which includes a component that the chips relies on for unique sprites per amount of chips in the stack
Why / Balance
I LOVE GAMBLING I WANT TO GAMBLE I WANT TO DO A SYNDIE GIMMICK WHERE I CHALLENGE A HEAD OF STAFF TO POKER FOR THEIR GRAND THEFT OBJECTIVE I WANT TO LOSE AND BE FORCED TO GIVE THEM 30K SPESOS I WANT TO DO GIMMICKSLOP RAAAAAAAGH
I think it'd be fun and with implementation of scrip when that happens, it can be used for various crew members to gamble during downtime. Perhaps Thaven moods could be implemented with how games of chance should be used to determine their decisionmaking or something.

None this time as this doesnt need a port of a feature from upstream
