Summary: apply the 12-24px content typography floor and responsive overflow fixes across Map, Tracks, all 21 lessons, and Labs; remove redundant Extension copy; verify pageflow and both Extension Lab flows. Verification: npm run lint; npm test -- --run (84 files, 279 tests); npm run build; browser QA across 50 routes at 390px, 768px, and 1280px.
