Main target is to familiarize myself with express-cassandra package.

1. Show all manga sorted according to rank and rating.
2. Show all manga sorted by name.
3. Show manga with particular tag, sorted according to rank and rating.
4. Show manga of particular artist sorted according to rank and rating.
