FIO-6632: update-formiojs-test-env-on-tag (#5536)

* Verify does not push to branch

* release seems to get the version from package.json so changing in order to not accidentally overwrite when testing

* Adds jekyll to deploy_to_test

* Adds install jekyll

* Adding aws creds to step

* configure creds

* Fix env vars

* Separate release from build and test

* release was being skipped

* clean-up

* Update package.json
