This commit updates Win95Uptime.cpp so that it can: * Check whether or not the Q216641 patch for Windows 98 First Edition is in place * Bypass the patch detection check on Windows 98 Second Edition and Windows Millennium Edition This commit was tested using Visual Studio 6.0 Enterprise Edition, and has been tested on Windows NT 4.0, Windows 95 OSR2.5, Windows 98 First Edition, Windows 98 Second Edition, and Windows Millennium Edition.
