Code Review

This pull request adds a README.md file with instructions for running the prompt_demo sample. The README is a good addition, but the setup instructions are incomplete. I've suggested an improvement to make the setup process clearer and more comprehensive for users by including prerequisites and installation steps for all required tools and libraries. This will significantly improve the user experience for anyone trying to run this sample.
