Show round sizes for various margins at various quantiles for Athena
Compare with Table 1 from BRAVO.
Includes
athena_sample_sizes(risk_limit, p_w, p_r, sample_w, sample_r, p_completion, ballots_cast=100000)to match function used in Arlo for BRAVO.Still needs a bit of cleanup.
I'm not sure why the round size estimates depend on the number of ballots.
And we'll want to augment the Arlo API to include round schedule info to-date.
