Regenerates figma-power/ from figma-plugin-fig-query via mcp-server-dev:mcp-sync-power --variant figquery, using the hybrid inline model: each skill's references are inlined into its steering doc (## Reference / ## Script sections), reference links rewritten to intra-doc anchors. figma-use's ~12k-line plugin-api-standalone.d.ts is split into figma-use-api.md (on-demand). mcp.json carries the X-Figma-Plugin-Bundle: figquery@0.1.27 header. Removes implement-design / create-design-system-rules (not in figquery).
The reference-string rewrite only matched reference *files* (references/<name>.md); a link to the references/working-with-design-systems/ *directory* slipped through as a dead link. Point it at the inlined 'Working with design systems' index section anchor instead.
