- Update ebpfdivert binary version dependency to 0.0.3 in pyproject.toml - Update fetch_binaries.py to download and extract libebpfdivert.so and ebpfdivert.bpf.o from release tarball - Update hatch packaging and wheel inclusion to include libebpfdivert.so - Rewrite pydivert.bpf ctypes wrapper to bind to high-level libebpfdivert APIs - Rewrite pydivert.ebpf to utilize the new C library APIs, implement extended rules translation, and support custom queue size limits - Align unit, integration, and coverage tests to work with the updated backend - Add .pinner.toml and update workflow files to pin GitHub Action versions
