Powderd Snowlayer
A combination between powdered snow and normal snow layers. Like powdered snow, it slows you down and applies freezing if there is more than one layer. This block can spawn naturally during worldgen or while snowing. Like powdered snow, it does not drop anything when broken, but can be picked up using the Snow Pouch. Similarly to Melting Snow, it also melts when naturally spawned in warm biomes. Manually placed block do not have this limitation.
