Touches only a file that the Delta paths filter deliberately EXCLUDES (!.github/workflows/util/delta-spark-ut/**/*.md), so the pull_request trigger must NOT create a run. Forcing one via /delta-test is the thing under test.

Throwaway PR in this fork to exercise the
/delta-testtrigger from apache#12781 before it merges.It touches only
.github/workflows/util/delta-spark-ut/README.md, which the Deltapaths:filter explicitly excludes — so no Delta run should be created automatically. That is the scenario/delta-testexists for.
