Runtime dependencies are being counted but not shown

With the dnf5 code merged, runtime dependencies seem to still be counted, but they are not showing on any individual package pages. Oddly, the workload dependencies are still being shown, and build dependencies are too, but not runtime dependencies.

This MUST be fixed before deploying dnf5.

For example, compare the output of view-rpm--view-eln--pcre2.html between instances.
