Template Assets

Prefer reusing existing media from apps/docsite/public/template-assets/.

This folder contains reusable demo content for templates and blocks. apps/docsite/public/images/ is for imagery owned by the Astryx docsite, such as branding, landing-page visuals, and theme UI.

Choosing an asset

These are naming guidelines, not a complete inventory. Browse the folder to see what is currently available.

Using an asset

Reference assets with a root-relative path:

const COVER_IMAGE = '/template-assets/light-working-vertical-2.png';

These assets appear in Astryx previews. When a template is scaffolded, the CLI replaces them with a placeholder rather than copying the files into the user’s project.

Adding an asset

Add a new asset only when the existing collection does not meet the template’s needs. Place it in apps/docsite/public/template-assets/ and ensure Astryx has the rights to use and redistribute it in this public repository.
