Update the embedded roadmap graphic with shifted releases
The embedded assets/dkf-roadmap.svg was not updated with the roadmap renumbering: it still presents v0.11 as Adaptive Reliability, v0.12 as DKF Proof, v0.18–v0.19 as Evidence/Flight Recorder, and calls v0.10 current. Consequently, the rendered graphic contradicts both this updated alt text and the v0.12–v0.20 table immediately below it; regenerate or revise the SVG, including its title and footer, to match the new sequence.

Purpose
Reconcile the repository's canonical documentation and project memory with the actual released baseline after v0.11.0/v0.11.1 shipped.

Verification
This PR contains documentation/state reconciliation only; no runtime/package code is modified. Repository CI should still be allowed to validate documentation/link/package consistency before merge.
