add android stream screenshot grpc

• even without hardware acceleration (a.k.a --gpu host) reaches ~30fps
• which is much better compared to ~10fps with scrcpy and no acceleration
• this is important for android emulators running in background window, which became unusable when launched with --gpu auto (even tho while in foreground they reach ~60fps)
